November 30th 2010 was a special day for Cody. A big thank you goes out to Travis Rice for the invite to shred the custom bag jump on Gold Peak in Vail. It was an amazing day. And thank you to all who made it possible for the young grom.
Take a few runs with Volcom grom Cody Warble at Mammoth Mountain, CA. Cody and his pops took a late season journey out to the Eastern Sierras for week of skating and shredding! stoneyour.tv
We would like to congratulate Cody Warble on his National Championship victory this past week in Copper Mountain. After 5 days of competition, Cody came out on top of his age group (8-9 Grommet Group 2) as the combined overall winner.
The highlight of the week was his second place finish in the Halfpipe. With a super-talented field of shredders, Cody put down 2 of his best runs ever with spin combos, big airs and his pumped-up handplant finish.
Cody’s results from the 2009 USASA National Championship:
3rd Place Boarder X
1st Place Slalom
2nd Place Giant Slalom
2nd Place Halfpipe

Cody had an epic weekend at Winter Park. He decided to step outside of his home contest series and compete with another group of kids on new terrain. He got 1st place in 1/2 pipe on Saturday with solid airs, back to back 3’s and a sick hand plant at the end.
On Sunday he started the day with a slam in the pipe on the way to the slope course and a body smash in slope practice. Feeling the pain, he went on to win 1st place in Slopestyle with one of the most solid slope runs of his life including his first BS 540 in a competition.
The GNU team did well at the Mt Baker Banked Slalom, in the Junior Division Gus Warbington took first place with a 1:38.53, in Pro Women’s Maria DeBari came in 4th riding the B-Pro C2 Power Banana with a time of 1:37.30, next Stacy Thomas came in 5th, at 1:38.54 and in Pro Men’s Temple Cummins took 3rd with a 1:27.71 on his Billy Goat C2 Power Banana! Great Job to all!
